Delivery Charges

For Mainland UK addresses there is a standard charge £3.50.
All orders over £15.00 are delivered free of charge.

All Deliveries are via Royal Mail 1st Class or if requested by Recorded Delivery.
You can request Recorded Delivery when you proceed to checkout and the extra charge will be applied automatically at the checkout.

Twinkling Jems aims to post the majority orders out within 48 hours, customers are advised where this is not possible.

If products are out of stock, the customer will be advised immediately. In such cases please allow up to 30 days for delivery from date of order.

Any shortages must be reported within 2 working days of goods being received.
