Ordering

Confirmation of order will be made by e-mail to the customer.

Twinkling Jems aims to post the majority orders out within 48 hours, customers are advised where this is not possible.

If products are out of stock, the customer will be advised immediately. In such cases please allow up to 30 days for delivery from date of order.

Prices

The price shall be the price stipulated at the time of sale.


Prices may vary from those shown when discounts and special offers are given by Twinkling Jems. Details in full will be clearly shown on all occasions when this applies.


Payment

Orders are only accepted with payment in full.

Orders may be placed either by credit/debit card or by paypal.



Delivery

Orders are subject to the delivery charges shown at the time of order, or prices quoted on request.


Errors

Any errors in the ordering process must be reported to Twinkling Jems as soon as possible so that they may be rectified.


Returns

Twinkling Jems operates a no quibbles refund policy if the goods are returned within 7 days. If goods are returned in this time in their original condition, the customer will receive a full refund.

Please note that for health reasons, we are unable to accept returned pierced earrings this includes necklace and earring sets.
Please  note we will not accept returned items that have been engraved/Peronalised.
Please also note that refunds will NOT be given on products that have obviously been worn or used for hair trials before return. If products become faulty through the course of your hair trial, responsibility lies with your Hairdresser and NOT with Twinkling Jems.

Postage and packing costs are non-refundable, except when the wrong goods are sent out by us.

We cannot be held responsible for packages lost or damaged on return. It is recommended that any returns are sent with adequate packing and insurance to cover damage or loss.

If goods are returned after 7 days have elapsed, Twinkling Jems may make a charge for administration costs which will be deducted from the cost of the goods.

The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 entitles customers to cancel an order within 7 working days of receipt of goods. Should you wish to cancel your order and return the goods you may do so but the goods must be returned at your own expense in the condition you received them. They should be returned with adequate packing and insurance to cover damage or loss. Upon satisfactory and timely receipt we will refund any monies within 30 days.

VAT

All prices include 15% UK Value Added Tax.
